Wajer - Terms of Service

1. Overview

Wajer provides a decentralized and transparent way for users to engage in wagers, where funds are held in escrow and distributed based on wager outcomes.

2. Eligibility

To use Wajer, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction to engage in cryptocurrency transactions.
• Have a valid Telegram account.
• Not be located in any country where P2P wagering or cryptocurrency transactions are prohibited.
• Ensure that your use of Wajer complies with local laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration & Security

• Users register via Telegram.
• You are responsible for securing your wallet and login credentials.
• Wajer is not responsible for unauthorized access to your account due to lost credentials.

4. Wagers & Escrow

• Users can create public or private wagers.
• All wagered funds are held in escrow within the Wajer platform until the wager is resolved.
• Wager results are determined by either a commit-reveal system, external verification, or mutual agreement between participants.
• Users must abide by the outcome of a wager once settled.

5. Fees & Payments

• Deposit Fee: 3% per deposit (covers processing fees).
• Wager Fee: 5% of the total wager amount.
• Withdrawal Fees: Wajer does not charge a withdrawal fee, but network fees may apply.
• Fees are non-refundable and subject to change with prior notice.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Deposits are processed via our financial partners (currently @CryptoBot) and reflect instantly in user wallets.
• Withdrawals may take up to 20 minutes after approval due to blockchain processing times.
• Users must provide a valid wallet address for withdrawals.
• Wajer is not responsible for lost funds due to incorrect withdrawal addresses.

7. Dispute Resolution

• In the event of a dispute, users may submit a claim within [24] hours of wager settlement.
• Wajer provides an optional resolution process to mediate disputes, but final decisions are binding.
• Fraudulent claims or attempts to manipulate the system will result in account suspension.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use Wajer for illegal gambling, money laundering, or fraudulent activities.
• Exploit bugs, loopholes, or system vulnerabilities.
• Impersonate other users or engage in deceptive practices.
• Attempt to manipulate wager outcomes unfairly.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Wajer provides the Platform on an “AS-IS” and “AS-AVAILABLE” basis.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or the accuracy of wager outcomes.
• We are not responsible for losses incurred due to market fluctuations, external factors, or third-party services.
• Our liability is limited to the amount of fees collected on a disputed wager.

10. Termination & Suspension

Wajer reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate any account violating these Terms.
• Modify or discontinue services at any time without liability.
• Reject transactions that appear suspicious or violate platform policies.

11. Changes to These Terms

Wajer may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
